These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and j5jl ("j5jl," "we," "us," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the j5jl platform, including all games, sportsbook markets, sabong wagering, financial transactions, promotions, and other services offered through j5jl.org and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

j5jl operates as a Philippines-focused online gambling service under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). These Terms are intended to comply with PAGCOR's applicable licensing conditions and Philippine law. Players who access j5jl from outside the Philippines are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. j5jl makes no representation that access to the Platform from outside the Philippines is legal under applicable local laws.

By completing registration on j5jl, clicking "I Agree," depositing funds, or placing a wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the j5jl Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and use j5jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. j5jl strictly enforces the minimum age requirement mandated by PAGCOR. All accounts are subject to age verification during KYC screening.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have not previously been excluded from j5jl or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform through a self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of j5jl or any of its affiliated game providers.
• Your use of j5jl does not violate any applicable law or regulation in the jurisdiction where you access the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

j5jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the period specified by j5jl may result in the suspension or termination of your Account and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds pending in your Wallet.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on j5jl. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited. j5jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate balances where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, household, device, or IP address without prior written consent from j5jl.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account information promptly if any details change. j5jl may void winnings and suspend Accounts where material registration information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. j5jl will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Account Currency. All j5jl Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). j5jl does not operate multi-currency accounts. Amounts displayed on the Platform are in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. j5jl may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500) per month to inactive Account Wallets following written notice to the Player's registered mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance following an inactivity period may be closed at j5jl's discretion.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. j5jl accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. j5jl does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are specified in the j5jl Wallet section and are subject to change in line with PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your j5jl Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during banking hours. j5jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your j5jl Wallet are from a legitimate source and belong exclusively to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any other person. j5jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation at its discretion.

5.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider, j5jl reserves the right to recover any funds credited in error by deducting from your Wallet balance. If the Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the recovery, j5jl may suspend your Account pending resolution.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but may not withdraw funds until identity verification is approved.

6.2 Withdrawal Method. j5jl processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals are not payable to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the Player's name.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500) per request.

6.4 Processing Time. GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on a business day are processed the same day. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) business day. j5jl is not responsible for additional delays imposed by the receiving financial institution.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification. j5jl may request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal where the amount exceeds applicable transaction thresholds or where j5jl reasonably suspects unusual account activity. This measure is undertaken in compliance with PAGCOR's AML obligations.

6.6 Wagering Requirements on Deposits. Subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements, real-money deposits that have been wagered at least once are eligible for withdrawal. Deposits that have not been wagered at all may be subject to a standard processing fee at j5jl's discretion.

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. A wager is accepted and becomes binding when confirmed by the j5jl system and reflected in your Wallet as a deducted bet amount. Verbal instructions, screen recordings, or communications with support staff do not constitute valid bet acceptance.

7.2 Game Rules. Each game available on j5jl is governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules regarding the conduct of that game, the specific game rules prevail for that game.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game. j5jl reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits where irregular betting patterns are detected or upon PAGCOR direction.

7.4 Malfunctions and Errors. In the event of a game software malfunction, connectivity failure, or manifest error in displayed odds or payouts, j5jl reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to Player Wallets. j5jl's resolution shall be final in all malfunction matters.

7.5 Sabong Specific Rules. Sabong wagers are placed on fights streamed from PAGCOR-authorized arenas. In the event of a no-fight or void fight declaration by the arena or PAGCOR, all wagers on the affected fight shall be voided and stakes refunded. j5jl's sabong rules are governed by applicable PAGCOR cockfighting regulations.

7.6 Sports Betting. All sports bets are governed by j5jl's Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome is determined (due to latency or feed delay) may be voided at j5jl's discretion.

8.1 General. j5jl offers bonuses and promotional credits at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered at a minimum turnover rate before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse. j5jl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or manipulated a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or use of prohibited software. j5jl's determination of bonus abuse is final.

8.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spin credits that are not utilized within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet without compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j5jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all Wallet balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on j5jl, or assisting any other person to create a duplicate or fraudulent account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence wagering tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by j5jl.
• Colluding with other Players, game staff, or third parties to gain an unfair wagering advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the j5jl Platform.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party or acting as an agent for another person on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or eligibility requirements.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors to obtain credits or outcomes not intended by j5jl.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct toward j5jl staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.

j5jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. We recognize that problem gambling can have serious consequences for individuals, families, and communities, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

10.1 Player Controls. All j5jl Players may access the following responsible gaming tools through their Account Settings at any time, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that may be deposited to your Wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for continuous gambling sessions, after which the Platform will automatically interrupt play and display a responsible gaming reminder.
• Cool-Down Periods: Temporarily restrict account activity for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) to allow reflection on gambling behavior.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the j5jl Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the j5jl Responsible Gaming team and take effect within 24 hours. Self-exclusion periods may range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

10.2 Mandatory Age Controls. j5jl enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement mandated by PAGCOR through documentary KYC verification on every registered account. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.

All content on the j5jl Platform — including but not limited to the j5jl name and logo, interface design, game graphics, text, icons, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary property of j5jl or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any element of the j5jl Platform without prior written authorization from j5jl.

Third-party game titles, logos, and branding visible on j5jl (such as those from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JDB, and other studio partners) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by j5jl under valid licensing agreements.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j5jl's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their j5jl Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 j5jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings, regardless of whether j5jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 j5jl shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond j5jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, PAGCOR directives, telecommunications failures, or internet service outages.

12.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j5jl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13.1 By j5jl. j5jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or financial crime; provision of false KYC information; failure to pass required verification checks; regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or suspected problem gambling behavior where intervention is warranted under j5jl's responsible gaming obligations.

13.2 Balance on Closure. Where j5jl closes an Account for reasons not involving fraud or Terms violation, the verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within seven (7) business days. Where closure results from a confirmed fraud or Terms violation, j5jl reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all Account balances pending investigation and subject to any applicable legal proceedings.

13.3 By the Player. You may request closure of your j5jl Account at any time by contacting the j5jl support team. Your Account will be closed within two (2) business days of the request, and any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and j5jl that cannot be resolved through direct communication with j5jl's customer support team shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to j5jl's PAGCOR licence conditions, j5jl's dispute resolution procedures as approved by PAGCOR shall apply.

Players agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through j5jl's customer support channels before pursuing formal legal remedies. j5jl aims to resolve all Player disputes within fifteen (15) business days of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

j5jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, j5jl will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the j5jl Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms is always available at j5jl.org/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. j5jl maintains an archive of prior Term versions which may be requested through the support team.
