Minors & Age Restriction
The j5jl Platform is strictly intended for persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gambling in the Philippines. j5jl does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21 years of age.
Where j5jl discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal information has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without the verification procedures having detected this, j5jl will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the personal data collected, and return any deposited funds to the original payment method.
j5jl enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC verification requiring a valid Philippine government-issued identity document confirming date of birth. Any attempt to circumvent this control by providing false identity documents constitutes fraud and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
j5jl is a Philippine-focused platform and stores its primary player data on servers located within or accessible from the Philippines. Some third-party service providers (including certain game software studios and cloud infrastructure providers) may process player data on servers located outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, j5jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the NPC's cross-border data transfer rules, including:

j5jl reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. All updates to this Policy will be published at j5jl.org/privacy-policy with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how j5jl processes your personal data or your rights as a data subject — j5jl will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via SMS to the registered mobile number before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the j5jl Platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with j5jl's Terms & Conditions.
