This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by j5jl ("j5jl," "we," "us," or "the Company") and applies to all personal information collected from individuals ("you," "Player," or "User") who register for, access, or interact with the j5jl online gambling platform at j5jl.org and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

j5jl is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information you share with us. This Policy has been prepared in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations ("IRR"), and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC") of the Philippines. By creating an account on j5jl or otherwise providing your personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described herein. For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, j5jl acts as the Personal Information Controller ("PIC") in respect of all personal data collected through the Platform. As PIC, j5jl determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information.

j5jl has designated a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") responsible for overseeing compliance with RA 10173 and this Policy. The DPO may be contacted at the details provided in Section 15 of this Policy. Players exercising their rights under the DPA should direct their requests to the DPO.

Where j5jl engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf (such as payment processors and identity verification services), those parties act as Personal Information Processors ("PIP") and are contractually bound to process data only on j5jl's documented instructions and in accordance with appropriate data protection standards.

j5jl collects various categories of personal information depending on how you interact with the Platform. The main categories are described below:

j5jl collects personal data through the following means:

• Directly from you — when you register an account on j5jl, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact our support team, or participate in a promotion.
• Automatically through the Platform — when you visit j5jl.org, we automatically collect technical data such as IP address, device information, browser type, and session activity through server logs and cookies. See Section 10 for our Cookie Policy.
• From payment providers — when you initiate a GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer transaction, j5jl receives confirmation and reference data from the relevant payment processor to credit your Wallet and verify the transaction.
• From identity verification services — j5jl may engage accredited third-party KYC verification providers who assist in validating the authenticity of submitted identity documents against government databases where authorized by applicable law.
• From PAGCOR or regulatory authorities — j5jl may receive information about players from PAGCOR in connection with regulatory compliance, including responsible gaming and exclusion register checks.

j5jl processes your personal information for the following specific purposes:

Creating and maintaining your j5jl Account, authenticating your identity at login, managing your session and Wallet, and communicating account-related notifications to your registered mobile number.

Verifying your identity and age (21+ minimum as required by PAGCOR), fulfilling Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160, as amended), submitting required reports to PAGCOR and other competent Philippine authorities, and maintaining mandatory transaction records for the statutory retention periods.

Processing your deposits and withdrawal requests, verifying ownership of registered payment accounts, investigating and resolving transaction disputes, and preventing fraudulent financial activity on the Platform.

Delivering the games, sportsbook markets, sabong wagering service, bingo sessions, and live dealer products you access on j5jl; maintaining game session records for dispute resolution; and monitoring for abnormal betting patterns that may indicate fraud or prohibited conduct.

Monitoring your gaming activity to identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling behavior; administering deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion requests you initiate; and fulfilling j5jl's responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR's standards.

Detecting and preventing unauthorized account access, identifying and blocking duplicate or fraudulent accounts, and investigating suspected prohibited conduct including coordinated bonus abuse, collusion, and money laundering attempts.

Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications, and event updates to Players who have opted in to marketing communications via SMS or messaging platforms. j5jl does not send unsolicited marketing communications to Players who have not provided explicit consent.

Analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the j5jl Platform's performance, game selection, and user experience. Individual Player data is not sold to third parties for commercial profiling purposes.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, j5jl relies on the following legal bases for processing your personal information:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the agreement between you and j5jl — including account creation, game service delivery, deposit and withdrawal processing, and support communications.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with j5jl's obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing requirements, Anti-Money Laundering Act obligations, and NPC-registered data processing systems.
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for j5jl's legitimate interests in fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and operational analytics — provided these interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing for optional purposes — primarily marketing communications — where j5jl has obtained your prior, explicit, informed consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

j5jl does not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations:

• PAGCOR and Philippine regulatory authorities: j5jl is required to submit player data and transaction reports to PAGCOR and other competent authorities (including the Anti-Money Laundering Council ("AMLC")) in accordance with applicable law and j5jl's licensing conditions.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, j5jl will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Data Disposal Policy. Where data cannot be immediately deleted due to system constraints, it will be restricted from active use pending scheduled deletion.

j5jl implements a range of technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and j5jl's servers.
• Encryption at rest for sensitive personal information, including KYC document images and government ID data.
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to authorized personnel with a legitimate operational need.
• Multi-factor authentication for internal j5jl systems that hold player personal data.
• Regular security assessments and penetration testing of the Platform infrastructure.
• Incident response procedures aligned with the NPC's mandatory data breach notification requirements. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to you, j5jl will notify the NPC within 72 hours of discovery and notify affected players without undue delay.

Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords for their j5jl Account and to enable two-factor authentication for additional login protection. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

j5jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you access j5jl.org. Cookies help us deliver a functional, secure, and personalized Platform experience.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to the personal information j5jl holds about you. These rights are subject to applicable legal exceptions and j5jl's regulatory obligations:

The j5jl Platform is strictly intended for persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gambling in the Philippines. j5jl does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21 years of age.

Where j5jl discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal information has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without the verification procedures having detected this, j5jl will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the personal data collected, and return any deposited funds to the original payment method.

j5jl enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC verification requiring a valid Philippine government-issued identity document confirming date of birth. Any attempt to circumvent this control by providing false identity documents constitutes fraud and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

j5jl is a Philippine-focused platform and stores its primary player data on servers located within or accessible from the Philippines. Some third-party service providers (including certain game software studios and cloud infrastructure providers) may process player data on servers located outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, j5jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the NPC's cross-border data transfer rules, including:

• Data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC;
• Transfers only to jurisdictions or recipients that maintain data protection standards equivalent to or exceeding those required by RA 10173; and
• Restriction of the categories of data transferred to those strictly necessary for the purposes of the third-party service being provided.

j5jl reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. All updates to this Policy will be published at j5jl.org/privacy-policy with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how j5jl processes your personal data or your rights as a data subject — j5jl will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via SMS to the registered mobile number before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the j5jl Platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with j5jl's Terms & Conditions.

j5jl's DPO is registered with the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the NPC's registration requirements for personal information controllers.
